No, all loft bed orders must be received via the website. If you don’t want to place an order on the website, you can print an order form from the website and either fax or mail the order to us.
Yes, but we guarantee delivery by move-in date on all orders received by July 1st. If we receive your loft bed order after July 1st, it will be filled based upon availability. We can order additional loft beds, but it takes 6 weeks to receive them. If you order the loft bed after July 1st and receive an order acknowledgement from us, that means that beds were still available. If the loft bed is not available for orders received after July 1st we will contact you.
Yes, safety rails, and/or ladders may be ordered for use on bunk beds.
Please contact us by email to cancel your loft bed order. All cancellations must be received in writing. We will issue a refund, less a $20.00 processing fee if the loft bed has not yet been installed. If the loft bed has been installed, we will issue a refund, less the $20.00 processing fee and the $30.00 installation fee.
If you wish to remove the loft bed, you must contact our office by email and request that we come and remove the loft from your room. You must include your name, residence hall name and room number. We will contact you to make arrangements to remove the loft bed. All removal requests must be received in writing. The rental fee is non-refundable after move-in day.
